REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Thank you for choosing airt-proxy.xyz. We want to ensure your infrastructure setup runs smoothly and securely.

1. CANCELLATION TERMS

You can cancel your active software-as-a-service (SaaS) subscription plan at any point directly inside your customer dashboard settings. Upon processing a cancellation, your proxy routes will remain active and functional at your current tier limits until the conclusion of your current paid monthly billing cycle. No further recurring charges will apply.

2. REFUND POLICY (30-DAY ASSURANCE)

We stand behind our edge proxy tools. If our middleware fails to perform data filtering or token masking as outlined in our documentation, or if you encounter technical implementation issues during setup:

- Eligibility: You are entitled to a full 100% refund within thirty (30) days of your initial plan purchase date.

- Exclusions: Refunds cannot be granted after 30 days of platform usage, or if your account has systematically violated our system terms (such as utilizing the service for massive spam operations or illegal data scraping).

3. HOW TO INITIATE A REQUEST

To submit a refund or cancellation review, please send a message from your registered user account email to hello@airt-proxy.xyz. Our engineering compliance team will review your server connection context, assist with any structural integration errors, and process qualified refunds within 3-5 business days directly back to your original payment method.
