Our core technical proxy infrastructure is built on a stateless middleware model.
- No Data Retention: We do not save, cache, or store your database records, query payloads, or third-party API credentials on permanent storage. Payloads pass through active memory (RAM) at the Cloudflare Edge purely to strip keys and apply structural security logic before being forwarded to their final destination.
- Volatile Processing: Once a web request cycle completes, the active data stream is entirely destroyed in memory.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
To manage your subscription, business account, and edge usage caps, we collect:
- Account Information: Email address, username, and professional profile data provided during signup.
- Billing Information: Payment details, corporate billing addresses, and tax identifiers processed securely through our global compliance payment partners.
- Telemetry Logs: Highly restricted infrastructure statistics (request counts, processing speeds, error codes) used exclusively to enforce subscription caps and prevent network abuse.
3. THIRD-PARTY DATA HANDLERS
We partner with secure, specialized processors to manage core operations:
- Merchant & Payment Processing: Payment infrastructure is handled by our compliance-certified checkout processors. Your financial data is securely transmitted directly to them under strict PCI-DSS regulations.
- Cloud Routing: Our scripts operate on distributed global serverless environments to maintain low-latency connections.
4. YOUR DATA RIGHTS
